Who We Are?

WinRchart is truly unique, and one of a kind. The first music chart competition ever. where the public and artist can win prizes simultaneously.

By answering a skill question, the public will be automatically entered into our monthly competition to win £500. The public will then be able to vote for their favourite music video of the week.

The winning artist will receive £1000 and the prestigious R chart award winning monthly plaque.

Winrchart is designed not only for the artist to be rewarded generously for their talent and creativity, but for the public to have a chance to win £500 simultaneously.

We have dedicated our carefully thought-out strategy to give an exciting and thrilling experience for all parties involved. We will have a monthly show online where we will present the R chart award for the most voted video of the month and have on occasions celebrity guests visiting our studio to give out our awards and prizes.

We will use Google’s Random Number Generator to select the winner of each competition. The winning number is completely chosen at random, all live draw prizes for competitions will be streamed live on Facebook with a time and date displayed clearly on our website.

Once each music chart competition ends, we will release the top 10 videos of the week and winners on our social media accounts.

As a musician I am fully aware and know only too well the challenges one may face trying to breakthrough into the industry. With popular platforms charging an arm and a leg for a YouTube upload or social media post. An artist could gain and create massive awareness in return. Now don’t get me wrong, awareness is great. Plus, popular platforms should charge artist to access their database which they have spent years building, I have no issue with that. But where is the financial reward for the middle point artist. Where is our championship to the premiership league. We have a selection of artist making astronomical amounts while the rest are waiting for that magic moment to make some real money. Well, here is that magical moment. By entering the Winrchart music competition you have the chance to take home a percentage of the chart pot if you finish in the top 3 in the chart. Why stop there. For years fans have been supporting their favourite artist and funding their lifestyles. What about the fans. Winrchart allows the public to also have a chance to win cash prizes. One hand helps the other. The public can vote for their favourite music video and add to the chart pot, and in return also have the chance to win a generous cash prize too.

Now remember this is a competition and not everybody will win, but anybody can win! And someone must win. And that person might just be you.

That’s the buzz about entering a competition. The not knowing and suspense of could it really be me. That’s the missing piece of the puzzle in our industry I believe. More exciting moments for the fans and artists. We have become monotonous in our creative approach. Upload a video, people watch once and move on. Before you know it your video has moved down the page and onto the second page. And poof… £1,000 + spent and you are left with (yeah cool I saw your video). Come on now!!!! Let’s all try and get paid. I am talking to the artist and fans.

I have not yet been fortunate enough to win the official number 1 single or album in the U.K charts, but I have been fortunate enough to have won 3 number 1’s on the channel U chart. And I kid you not, till this day I have flashbacks of my video flashing up with the number 1 next to it. What a great feeling. I didn’t collect an award or receive a penny. But it felt great. Even 20 years later. So, if I can give back that same feeling, but with awards and a generous financial reward, and potentially change people’s lives.

Selection process

How are music videos selected?

R industry experts will select the top 10 most talented and creative independent videos of the week via popular platforms. Any unsigned artist will also be allowed to submit a video for review to enter the win R chart weekly. If video submission deadlines are missed. The video will automatically be placed for review for the following week.
